I’ve paid off my Mortgage – how do I get my Deeds?

If all of your mortgage accounts relating to the property are redeemed in full, including those from other lenders, we can send you the Title Deeds.

To do this, please write to Bank of Ireland, Deeds Management Unit, Vacate Team, Securities Operations P.O Box 13298, Dublin18, Ireland.

All the borrowers named on the Mortgage Account must sign the letter and it must confirm what address you would like the Deeds to be sent to.

Upon receipt of written request the Title Deeds will be released by the Lender within 6 weeks. If you have any other queries about Deeds and Securities you can call us on 01 6113333.
